I need explanation of the subject, defense of the subject relevance (cite subject matter), summary.Situations with several different bad behaviors will make the case easier to write.

Examples:

• A coach or supervisor from your experience that was a poor leader, with a detailed description of why they were poor. Several behaviors should be given.
• A specific challenge that you faced in which you witnessed weak leadership (multiple reasons), and how that affected the outcome.
• An instance or situation in which you were the leader along with a self-critique on what you did well, what you did wrong, and what you could have done to manage the situation better.
