Please help me to test each test case below for label printer step by step please write it

Acceptance Criteria:

Verify the following performed by the GENETECH Lab Label Printer.

Users need to create a profile using their First, Last name and company email to generate their initials on the labels( FRS 16.1) Risk Priority Medium

Users need to be authenticated by the host or system admins to access the system (FRS-16.2) Risk Priority High

The user's password needs to be unique that requires an uppercase, a lowercase, a numeric and a special character(FRS-16.3)Risk Priority Medium

Users need a key FOB scan in addition to log in credentials for added security (FRS-16.4)Risk Priority Low).

Users can select to use either a standalone or network printer(URS-3.2)

Users can access the system as a standalone printer only through the host computer (FRS-17) Risk Priority HIgh.

Users can access the system via its IP address or DNS name through the network (FRS-17.4) Risk Priority Medium.

Users can pick 4 pre-installed vessel formats ranging from 0.5- 0.6 ml tubes, Plates and Dishes, 1-2 ml Tubes and Vessels more or equal to 5ml (FRS-18.1) Risk Priority Medium.

System defaults language according to the users profile (FRS-19.1) Risk Priority Low

Text can be entered after clicking on any field (light blue color) after selecting vessel format (FRS-2)Risk Priority High.

The Configure Label Line menu opens. The Configure Label Line menu defaults to the Fixed Value option. Text can be typed to print and to continue users need to save the file (FRS-20.2)Medium Risk Priority

Users can choose the + or to increase the number of copies of the full label to print. Alternatively, users can also click on the number and type in the desired quantity (FRS 21.1)Risk Priority High.

Second test case :please test each FRS to prove as it expected result or not

Integration Requirement: The label printer must be connected to the computer with wireless connections. The system(machine) on which the printer is installed and running the integration software must have a window with Microsoft package(account). The computer connected to the printer must be turned on for the duration of the event check-in period.

The system must be able to transfer data between label printer and machine. Application Integration must be completed through SOAP The system must have all the data files that are backed up to Datawarehouse The system should have a different linking system to connect to company software. The system should allow only authorized users to manage to prevent unauthorized users.
