Write Part 1 of your comprehensive Human Resource Management Plan. Part 1 should be six pages in length (not including the title page). It should include the following elements:

A brief outline of four job descriptions for HR positions. (Include in-text citations if the job descriptions are not your own.)

An explanation of how you will implement Leman and Pentaks (2004) SHAPE idea (Strengths, Heart, Attitude, Personality, Experience).

As you write this section of your management plan, assume the following information is true about the business in which youll be implementing the plan. Address this information and the corresponding questions in your plan: You found many previous Title VII complaints related to race, sexual harassment, and retaliation discrimination. How will you build a successful strategy to prevent ongoing issues in these areas? The business in which you work has had a poor track record regarding compliance with employment law. What specific HR policies are needed to assist you with employment law compliance? The company has had difficulty recruiting qualified candidates for key positions. What specific HR policies are needed to assist you in recruiting successful job candidates? Your paper must include cited references, very important.
