3.Driver Management
The solution must store information about the drivers including, but not limited to: name; drivers licence expiry date; Induction date; Induction expiry date; and company name
4.Stockpile/Inventory Management
Plan and Track inventory movement in the stockpiles at the mine, the stockpiles at the power stations and the rail sidings; Track data, including, but not limited to: Purchase order number; requisition number; Order date; Source ID; Volume delivered; Storage location (stockpile); and Entered storage date
5.Scheduling Management
The ability to produce the efficient schedules for the fleet and Power Station demand; adherence for demand response vehicles – on time, early or late
The system must store, for example, route, schedule and operational performance of each vehicle
The ability to enter a new trip request, cancel a trip, review all trips for a particular mine, siding or power station for a specified date range, cancel the original and book a replacement trip, late for delayed returns, modify a trip destination while retaining the original trip information for reporting purposes, track a trip denial at the end of a trip request, etc.
The ability to see the entire route from pit to siding/power station, filter the view to see just those trips that have not been performed/completed, and for the display to clearly identify the difference in each
Easily identify and monitor trips in danger of running late for pickup and delivery, and the ability to quickly locate alternate vehicles, and if necessary make trip assignments and notify the drivers by text message of the assignments
4.Contract Management
Detailed and executive-level customisable reporting for contract expiration, contract value, contract non-conformance and contract type
The ability to update/upload contract templates in a variety of common file formats
The ability to apply electronic signatures either in parallel or sequence
Ability to search text within contracts
Document version control and the ability to compare versions and originators
The ability to route a contract outside of to vendors or legal counsel for the purpose of review, editing, negotiation, and finalising the document;
The ability to store and link to a contract other related documents such as certificates of insurance, bonds, scope of work, and/or other necessary exhibits

Stockyard Controllers will be issued with intelligent mobile devices and will perform the following additional functions:
Scan the stockpile number and the date the stockpile is opened for delivery; and
Scan the registration number of the departing vehicle and record the stockpile number that the vehicle is loaded from.
Reports shall be accessible from mobile devices
Bidder to indicate compliance to the Mobile Device specification
Dashboard and Reporting
Reports to cater for the functional requirements 7.2 on the URS document
User to have the ability to create custom reports
