My name is Tammy and I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience helping children and families with a variety of challenges including trauma, oppositional defiant disorder, depression and anxiety. I am especially passionate about helping youth who have engaged in sexually problematic behaviors.

I little about my therapeutic approach-

I use a blend of Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral informed Therapy and psychodynamic therapy. I believe in a collaborative and empowering approach to therapy in a non-judgmental, warm, and supportive environment. I'm committed to creating a safe and supportive space for you to grow and heal.

I earned my Masters of Social Work from Rutgers University. I have spent almost two decades working with adolescents with emotional and behavioral problems who receive treatment in a residential treatment program. I work closely with families as well as community entities. During my free time I enjoy volunteering at a local animal shelter.
