Purpose	The purpose of developing the XFitness application is to deliver a user friendly based all in one workout app that helps users reach their targeted fitness goals
Description	The XFitness app is an all-in-one app for android/iOS that includes workout exercises for each muscle groups, calorie and nutrition tracker, healthy food recipes, notification reminders to work out and eat, calendar workout plan to include muscle groups and rest days, motivational quotes, videos and much more highly desired features that users will want to reach their fitness goals
Goals	Fully working fitness app that has been thoroughly tested and cleared of any bugs A large user base to generate revenue High customer satisfaction rate Users reaching their targeted fitness goal with results
Success Criteria	Application is Developed and launched on time and within budget Bug testing and patching for any discovered bugs in XFitness app App has enough resources and support to fix any potential bugs/glitches within the application that may arise Any potential security vulnerabilities have been mitigated Positive reviews and experiences by users App generates enough revenue to reach sales target set by stakeholders
Risk	Cyberattack that may reveal customer information including payment details to online criminals or bring down application servers resulting in loss of app functionality Lawsuits due to potential cyberattack Pirating of application resulting in loss of revenues Application may not be completed on time Users may not have a positive experience resulting in low sales App competition may result in lower revenues
