The purpose of this project is to provide each learner with the opportunity to apply their holistic understanding of Project Management in helping a chosen organization plan project quality management, perform quality assurance and control quality. Each learner will start out searching their own network for a potential organization or a mentor Project Manager who may have a live project to use for the purpose of this term project. Each group will then review all the submission from its group members to select their choice project, organization and mentor PM. The project selected will be the basis for all the work that the team will perform under the supervision of their mentor PM for the rest of the term. The Term Project will be completed in three phases as indicated in your CSI. The first phase requires the group to submit a Project Quality Management Plan. The second phase requires the group to submit a Quality Assurance or Audit Report. The third phase requires the group to submit their report of analysis of the report from the Quality Audit and provide recommendations for Quality Improvements. Each of the phases will require submission of a word document accompanied by a slide deck for presentation of the group's work to their classmates. This assignment provides you with an opportunity to demonstrate the achievement of the following course learning outcomes: Examine project quality management principles, tools and techniques required to effectively initiate, plan and deliver a project. Define a project's quality goals, objectives, constraints, deliverables and performance criteria in alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
