Write the Guess Game Program in python

In this game the user tries to guess a mystery number $($randomly generated$).$ The computer tells whether the guess was too high or too low. The user continues guessing until she gets it right.

Once you have this coded, make the computer lie $10\%$ of the time! $($But when the guess is correct, the computer always gives the user credit for getting it right.$)$

Once you$$ve added the lying feature, keep track of the number of guesses required by the user.

Then add the ability to play another game. Ask the user if they want to play another game and keep track of the average number of guesses required by the user.
