write your answer as text please not handwritten

8.Read carefully and comment on the following:

During negotiations an Investor says, Confidentiality agreements are not necessary. Founder/investor relationships should last a long time and are important. The founders should talk to whomever they want, and if they want to tell people what the investor offered them, the investor shouldnt really care. Investors certainly tell each other what they offer companies. And an investor should be able to share a companys information with the other investors in his/her firm. Once we shake hands on a deal, of course, I expect the founders to honor what weve agreed to.

9. What if a founder decides to exit the company or is pushed out and wants to retain the ability to work in the industry? How do standard term sheets usually deal with the issue of non-competition?
