Information to include in the memo:

The health and wellness committee met last month to plan topics for next quarters employee wellness seminar. Members participated in a brainstorming session to determine a timely topic for employees. They decided on the topic of financial security.

They invited Ned James, a financial counselor with AZ Financial Peace, Inc., a not-for-profit organization, to present a program on how employees can save for their retirement while also saving for their childrens college. James will ask employees to complete a financial lifestyle questionnaire before they attend the seminar.

The seminar will take place on Tuesday, September 29 from 9 to 11 a.m. in room C. Participation is open to the first 25 people who register. Call the Human Resources Department at ext. 123 to register or if you have questions.
