situations, youd be wise to write a claim letter asking for a refund, repair, replacement, or
other adjustment. Youd need to include all the details of the transaction, plus your contact
address and phone number.
First paragraph- what is the purpose- need to repair or return an item you bought
Second paragraph- details- colour, make, when, have you got the receipt
Third paragraph- if you are not able to return, then ask for any other adjustment.
