Writing Assignment no. 2 (April 28, 2011) The Mann and Roberts text describes a number of business organization types that may be relied upon to operate a for-profit enterprise. Each form is defined by a specific set of elements and reflects its own advantages and disadvantages. (1) What are some of the most important advantages and disadvantages of the partnership form of business? (2) If you were to start your own business (you provide the nature of the business), would your selection be a partnership (general or limited) and if so why, and if not, why not? The assignment which is due May 12, 2011 without exception, is to be typewritten on 8 1/2 x 11 paper and is not to be submitted in a presentation folder. Your grade will reflect your ability to present a grammatically correct, well presented paper and the degree to which your submission is well reasoned with a demonstration of an appropriate understanding of the subject matter.
