You are the manager of Summer Dreams Café and you need to respond to an angry Corporate customer, J H. Brown. Prepare a business response to the following, as the Manager, using the correct format for a business letter.

Last Saturday, I had a reservation for 15 of my employees to get together for an event at your restaurant to celebrate our company's 5th anniversary. I made the booking over a month ago.
I have used your restaurant for special events in the past and your staff assured me everything would be ready. I also placed a request and paid for a special-order cake.
I was totally embarrassed when we arrived and were told that we had not booked the reservation. I did, however, have a confirmation with me. Nonetheless, the table had not been set-up and the special-order cake was not served.
The food was not up to your normal standards and some of the staff were rude to my employees. Most of your servers, despite the lack of management staff, did their best to accommodate this failure of your organization. It was still a major embarrassment.
I paid the bill before we left but rest assured that I will never recommend or return to use your restaurant for another event.
