To achieve desired outcomes, managers must build on the abilities, skills, values, and personalities of work teams that increasingly represent people from diverse backgrounds. In a growing interconnected global arena, diversity is now mainstream in just about any organizational setting. Diversity impels organizations to design new performance models for specific jobs to address this growing reality. Describe how you, as a manager, would ethically maximize the performance of each employee many of whom are from different backgrounds and exhibit unique cultural values.
