pickleball paradise state of Oklahoma. The following narrative describes a portion of the payroll

processing system of PPI.

At the end of every two weeks, all PPI employee timecards $($used by employees to clock in$,$

clock out, and track time worked$)$ are submitted to the production manager, John McEnroe.

McEnroe manually reviews and approves with his signature the collected timecards, ensuring

that employees have not falsified their time worked. The approved timecards are then delivered

to the Payroll Clerk, Serena Williams, in PPI$$s payroll department.

Upon receiving the timecards, Williams uses a computer terminal to enter the data from the

approved timecards into the payroll transaction database, the cash disbursements journal, and the

general ledger. A payroll report is also created from the timecard data and is printed. Williams

then manually compares and combines the payroll report with the timecards to ensure they

reconcile. Once compared, the combined timecards and payroll report are filed in chronological
