For this assignment, you will transform this spreadsheet layout, using the business rules, into a $3$NF physical model. The spreadsheet, titled File Layout XVS Pharmacy, is attached above.

Requirements:

Make sure your physical model uses Crow's Feet Notation.

You should have all your attributes for each entity clearly labeled and include a PK for each table.

Include all appropriate FKs for each entity.

Note: Data Types are not critical within your model.
