Creating Interview Questions & YOUR AnswersThe most difficult interview questions to answer are often the simple questions: "Tell me a little bit about you?" or "What can you do for us?". This is where your research, people connections and critical/strategic thinking should go into overdrive. Without practice, it is difficult to meld this trifecta into a winning competitive advantage.

Develop a series of questions, along with your replies. For example:

Q: Tell me a little bit about you?

A: I am currently a college student who works full-time. I compartmentalize my days into 15-minute time slots to be efficient and get the most out of every minute. I would love to be in this (name of position) with this (name of company), because is is an amalgamation of not only my experience and education, but my passion for (what your passion is here.) (Then tell a story of something in your life that relates to the amalgamation of the three talents.)
