The firm currently uses paper files, manual billing and time tracking using Windows with

an Access database. They would like to update to use a modern accounting solution

$($small ERP$)$ software solution to reduce manual overhead for their growing practice. The

solution will be used by staff accountants for Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and

general accounts. The business lead is the Controller and the sponsor is the CFO.

The new acquired law practice management software mu st:

include$($ but may not be exhau stive$)$ name, customer primary contact, statu s
