You act for Max Lombe who resides at Plot No.33, Limbe Road, Woodlands, Lusaka, the Plaintiff in a suit commenced in the Lusaka Subordinate Court against Chanda Mweetwa on 20th May, 2020, by way of Default Writ of Summons at your client's instance to facilitate recovery of the sum of K 15,000.00 borrowed by Mr. Mweetwa from your client on 14th April, 2020. While the case is pending commencement of trial, your client informs you that the Defendant (Chanda Mweetwa) died on 10th June, 2020, at the University Teaching Hospital and that his uncle, Joseph Chisha, was appointed as Administrator of the estate of the late Chanda Mweetwa by the Matero Local Court on 15th June, 2020.
