You are a decision maker in a Quality Control laboratory. Your company has three clinical programs that are currently in Phase 2. The clinical data appears to be very promising for all three programs. You currently outsource all of the QC testing to several Contract Testing Laboratories (CTLs). One CTL is not satisfactory. Data are not arriving in on time. The CTL QC function is making more that the acceptable number of mistakes.
