After reading through Hannah's care plan, you are required to create a task list outlining your work tasks for the day. You should submit your task list to MyChisholm as part of your assessment. Complete the tasks as outlined in Hannah's care plan. Over the course of your work, she informs you that one of her carers has been asking her to take nude photos of herself and send them to him. She is unsure about whether he should ask her for these photos and what she should do about it.
