Issues in case study are often involve a number of people in a complex situation. You need to describe a situation, which is problematio, possibly in how it is dealt with, or in its complexity. An important part of your answer la to vole the situation and to identify the issues/actions desoribed in the case, which may be challenging The following questions may help you to do this: What the most important facts surrounding the case. What are the key issue or problema during Covid19 pandemic in the organization? What are the challenges and difficult situation? 3.
