Scenario 1 The Support Teen Mum (STeeM) The Support Teen Mum (STEEM) is an organisation which arranges for teenagers who raise a child alone to sponsor in Australia and New Zealand. Each teenager has only one sponsor at any one time, but a sponsor may have several teenagers to support at the same time. Monthly payments are made by a sponsor for a sponsored teenager.
