Question: You are going to program a new Dice game called 41. The object of the game is to reach a total of 41 or more

You are going to program a new Dice game called "41". The object of the game is to reach a total of 41 or more by rolling a pair of 6-sided dice at most 6 times. There's a catch... if your total reaches 10, 20 30 or 40, you lose immediately! But to help you, if you roll doubles, you get an extra roll. When the game is over, prompt the user if he/she wants to play again. The user input is not case-sensitive (i.e. "yes", "Yes", "YES" are all the same).
