You are going to use ML to try and do a better job predicting the weather. To stand out, you just want to classify two weather events: "rain or no rain". What steps would you take to build this system? $1)$ Input all the labeled weather data and allow system to create its own clusters based on what it sees in the dark. $2)$ Find labeled weather data, create a small training set of that data, and that set aside more data for the test set $3)$ Use reinforcement learning to allow the machine to create rewards, for itself based on how well it predicted the weather $4)$ Use linear regression to show the trend line from "not rain" to "rain".
