• Help lead Google Analytics migration within a Member Experience (UX) team.
• Help with GA4 migration, tagging existing and new digital assets, and building metrics and dashboards.

• Identifying new data sources and adding them to existing databases.
• Conducting surveys or focus groups to collect data on customer satisfaction and preferences.
• Providing recommendations for improving existing products or developing new ones based on data analysis findings.
