You are requested to do a research into the satisfaction of the students at International School with the course BusinessResearch Method. Now,you have to develop the research proposal with the following parts.

Part 1. Literature review: The literature review must consist of at least TWO direct citations and TWO indirect citations, which are related to the research topic and taken from either books, journals or research papers. Citations from other sources will NOT be accepted. In addition to the citation paragraphs, the literature review must have the introduction and conclusion paragraphs. References are made at the end of the assignment, using End note in Microsoft Word. Part 2. Identification of variables and research questions: Identify the dependent variable and at least THREE independent variables of the research. Write out TWO research questions for your research.
