(CMFL), a manufacturer of chemicals used in various industries as well as household detergents and cleansers, and hand sanitizers initiated a quality-improvement and long-term sustainability (relating to economic, social and environmental activities) program. CMFL is handling toxic and harmful chemicals in its production plant. You are employed in the Management Accounting Department of CMFL and you have been selected by the Senior Management of the company to be a part of this program. The Senior Management has decided to go for a retreat 20^th June this year with all the managers from various responsibility centers of the company, where you will be required to make your presentation and further discussions on this issue will take place.
