You are required to develop a workplace policy and relevant procedures for your organisation and work area. The policy needs to be planned and prepared as a draft and presented to stakeholders (this can be role played with participants if this is not possible in the workplace). Feedback to be obtained prior to finalising and implementing. As part of that presentation, you must: establish the scope and objectives of your workplace sustainability policy gather information for the development of your sustainability policy analyse information and consultation insights develop and document your sustainability policy according to organisational processes incorporate implementation and continuous improvement If your Assessor is not able to directly observe your presentation, you should make a video recording of your presentation. Identify yourself and show photo identification at the start of the recording. You need to incorporate feedback from stakeholders (or participants) and implement the plan for a period of time (minimum 2 weeks)
