You are required to draw up a comprehensive Strategy Document for an organisation that you are familiar regarding the strategy to be followed by the organization to succeed in the present situation. The report should be between 20-25 pages and must be coherent and well organized in terms of the information presented.

The project report must have the following components:

3. Analysis of the competitive situation using relevant strategy frameworks. This should include relevant internal and external and analysis. (45)

4. Generic Strategies used by the company and any gaps there on. (20)

5. Recommendations as a Strategy Consultant.
