You are required to evaluate the current Operations Strategy for decision-making Bridget Sandals.

The Evaluation should include but is not restricted to:

An Abstract

An Introduction including pertinent information about the company selected, as well as a Problem Statement, which provides a summary if the issues, concerns, or scenario being assessed.

A review of all the relevant decision areas of the Operations Management model below that are under investigation in the project.

Recommendations in respect of the operation strategy Note that the recommendations must be congruent with the findings of the review (internal and external evaluations).
