For this Case Study, you need to select an organization that you are familiar with (perhaps where you work or used to work) or one that you have conducted research on or wish to learn more about. You will complete a Case Study on an organizational change the organization went through. You will need to include the following:

Describe the change the organization went through

Describe the stakeholders

Describe the external factors involved (e.g. change in demand for products or services, change in regulations or laws, technological advancements, etc.)

Describe the internal factors (e.g. management style, hierarchy of the organization, company culture, etc.)

Describe how the organization went about implementing the change

Describe whether or not the organization achieved what it planned to
