$$ What are the archives$/$ registry staff responsible for? What are their professional qualification? What are the responsibilities of each archive$/$ registry staff?

$$ Does the organization have a records management policy and programme?

$$ What are the legal and regulatory frameworks that control the records management of the organization?

$2.$ PROCESSES TO BE OBSERVED

ii$.$ Registry system $$ type of system, records maintenance, etc.

As much as you can, state how useful or less useful you found your fieldwork attachment. Make any recommendations on how the current fieldwork can be improved in the future. Photos $($preferably colour$)$ of some of the activities performed and observed should be included in the report.
