In answering these question students may use the Mendelows matrix to analyze stakeholders and their attitudes, and in running an environmental analysis, students may use PESTLE, STEEPLE, PEST etc. (25 marks) (3) Draw a DETAILED organizational structure of your chosen organisation, and the importance of understanding the business environment of your chosen organization.
