You are the Director of Talent Development for your organization. You have requested that the C-Suite approve resources to develop and deliver a training program to all supervisors within the organization titled, "Counseling and Discipline". Includes an "ice breaker" to help create rapport among all class participants?	Ice breakers can be particularly important in situations where students are unfamiliar with the instructor and/or other students.
Does the instructor manual map directly to the Workbook?	In providing this assessment, check to see, for example, that the terminology and instructions in the manual are consistent with the terminology and instructions in the workbook. For example, is "Module 3: Definitions" as referenced in the manual the same content as "Module 3: Definitions" in the workbook?

1. Review the workbook and instructors' manual using the quality checklist, completing the column "Evaluator's Comments" for each entry;
2. Compose a report that summarizes your findings;
3. Include in the report whatever changes you believe the team should make based on your findings. 4.
