You are the Human Resources manager, managing compensation for the ABC company from your offices in Vancouver.. Your manager (Fred Moore) has asked you to create a Point Method evaluation for the Company as you have similar Job Families covering; Accounting, Human Resources and Product Planning & Purchasing in all your businesses across the country.
