For the Mid Term, you are to produce the following deliverables in a Microsoft document format (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or Project):

1. Charter for the Project 2. Identify Project Team members 3. Identify Stakeholders 4. Detailed Communication Plan 5 Define the Project Scope 6. Cost estimate 7. High level Schedule in a Project Plan that list each phase of the project and the tasks to be completed. 8. Identify resources in the project plan.

Specify if you are using the waterfall or agile framework for the life cycle of the project.

NOTE:

For the FINAL, you will provide additional artifacts along with a work breakdown structure that includes the full life cycle of the project. You will determine the start and end date and how long this project will take.
