You are to create an application to save and retrieve customers information to a mysql database using

hibernate ORM. Use Javax Class Annotation in your model. The program should start up displaying a

screen as shown in the illustration below. There should be four buttons on the screen Save, List$+,$ Clear

and Load.

Save $-$ When the save button is pressed, the application should save the information entered in the

fields. The application should not save records with blank first name.

Load $-$ To retrieve a record from the database based the registration number entered. When this button

is pressed, the application should use the registration number to retrieve the corresponding record from

the database. If the record is retrieved successfully, the form is updated with the relevant information.

Otherwise, a record not found message is displayed.

Clear $-$ When this button is pressed, it clears all the fields on the form.

List$+-$ When this button is pressed, the application will search the database for records with none zero
