The mother has brought her mother out to Australia to help care for the baby until the father is able to arrive. The mother explains that she will be dropping the child off and her mother will be picking the child up. The mother explains that the grandmother understands little English and will need support to complete required tasks. How will you support the Grandmother to complete required tasks and understand the information you have about the child's day when she arrives in the afternoon?
