First, create a spreadsheet in Excel using the data in the following table.

List the most frequently requested guidelines first (already done using sort command in Ms Excel).

Use the Excel template called pareto_chart.xls (attached herein) and also found in the texts companion website and check your entries so the resulting chart looks like the one in Figure 8-7 (included in the attached document)

Give an interpretation of your graph (your interpretation should include the 80/20 rule and relate this rule to the problem at hand)

Your file for submission should be in Ms Excel file format
