You had left a message with a prospect from one of the companies that you had identified on the Prospecting exercise of the prior week. He/she has agreed to give you a 30 mins appointment out of his/her very busy schedule for an in-person visit to his/her office. He/she also mentioned that the company is looking for a venue to hold their next Annual Sales Conference in the upcoming September.

They are flying everyone in on a Sunday, depart on Thursday and are looking for approximately 100 guestrooms per night. The conference will start on Monday morning with a general plenary session and then several breakouts and training workshops on Monday afternoon, Tuesday all day and Wednesday morning.
