1. You have been asked to recommend a plan for networking and learning about the new farm business culture and innovation. You have recently attended a conference that had seminars regarding innovative processes that could be used for the Fields. To this end, you team needs to build a plan for a successful future.
   1. Find three (3) real and relevant conferences to the Fields farm. One of these conferences should be based upon the job description/specifications your team outlined in part 2 of the case. The conferences should be specific to this region and held in the next 12 months. You may need to spend some time learning about how to cite conference proceedings for the reference section of your report.
   2. Each of these conferences should have seminars on motivation, conflict management and effective communication techniques. You can use conference proceedings within the past 12 months to find relevant seminars. Provide seminar titles and the names of any lecturers.

To help with networking, your group has been tasked to find at least two (2) professional societies and at least two (2) magazines or periodicals that are aligned with the business model you created for the Fields
