You have been hired on as the Marketing Intern at Spotify. You have been asked to get a better understanding of the motivations of the current customers who have signed up for a free 30-day trial of the Spotify platform. You need to gain a better understanding of why the customer chose to sign-up for the 30-day subscription, if it is meeting their expectations, and if they plan to continue their subscription after the 30-days are up. You need to do a survey to get the information that needed to create a recommendation. The research objectives for the project are: 1. Determine the motivations behind the decision to sign up for the 30-day free trial of Spotify? (i.e. Why did they choose a Spotify subscription over others such as Amazon Music, or YouTube). 2.Measure the likelihood of, and intent to continue to subscribe to Spotify after the 30-day free trial Write 5 Scaled Questions that might be used on a questionnaire, using 5 different rating scales. For each, write a question, including the scaled response options, and identify the type of scale used. You have been hired on as the Marketing Intern at Spotify.
