Each Country has a unique cnameand population.
Each Disease has a unique disease code,pathogen(anything that can produce disease such as virus, bacterium, parasite, fungus, etc.)and description.
Each Disease Type has a unique idand a descriptionsuch as infectious diseases, deficiency diseases, hereditary diseases (including both genetic diseases and non-genetic hereditary diseases),and physiological diseases.
Each Protein Sequence has a unique protein idand a sequence(amino acid sequence).
Each Drug has a unique drug idand drug name.
Each Document has a document noand content.document nois unique only for a given Public Servant. Each public servant may write a document with the same document no.
Each user has to live in exactly one country, and there could be multiple users that live in the same country.
Each disease is first discovered in at least one country, and there could be multiple diseases that are discovered in a country. First encounter dateof each discovery must be stored
Public servants could create records about patients of a certain disease in a specific country. In this case, you should store the number of patients,number of deaths,the disease and the country that patients
are in,as well as information about which public servant creates this record. There could be multiple patient records in a country, and multiple countries could have patient records of the same disease. A public servant could create many of such records.
Doctors are specialized in at least one disease type, and there could be many doctors who are specialized in the same disease type.
Each disease should belong to exactly one disease type, but there could be multiple diseases of the same type.
A mutation in a protein sequence may cause several diseases, and disease may arise as a result of several mutations (in protein sequences).A drug can cure several mutations in a protein sequence that causes disease. A mutation that causes the disease can be treated by several drugs.
