In your response discuss and consider the following:

• Identify and explain one health policy enacted in each of the following categories:
  • Federal or state law
  • Executive Department Rule or Regulation (An example of an Executive Department would be the CDC, FDA, or other governmental agency)
  • Common law ruling -- a decision rendered by a court
• Be sure to address the problem each example policy was created to solve and whether it is accomplishing the purposes for which it was originally enacted? Has the policy been amended since it was passed/made and why?
• Is the health policy currently implemented in every state? If there are states not implementing the policy, why? Or, what is their objection(s) to the policy?
