Each department folder should have a subfolder, and any file placed in this subfolder is encrypted. All shares should be published to Active Directory. Public folder: All users in the domain can open all files in this folder and, if necessary, run scripts or executable files. All users in the Executive OU can create, delete, and change permissions on all files and subfolders. This share should be published to Active Directory.
