3. Identify the impact on Resource consumption between current state, future state and transition state
4. Articulate the impact on nine drivers of profitability. Colour code the impact with Green (I need to work on this to make this happen), Blue (I need to do this as part of the initiative) and Red (If I don’t take care this will be the possible negative fallout)
