Based on supervisory skills work, you should be able to do an assessment on your study supervisor (remember, you may be doing a self assessment) Your assignment consists of three parts: Part A - Org. Description (approx. 1-2 pages) Provide details on the supervisor's role and the department to set the stage for your analysis. Provide relevant details that will be helpful in understanding your analysis. Part B - Analysis (approx. 2-4 pages) Explain how at least three relate to your study supervisor. E.g. you may look at how your study supervisor handles appraisals, decision making and selection. Refer to the course material and try to assess why certain behaviours or conditions exist. Part C-Recommendations (approx. 2- 4 pages) If your analysis uncovers a problem, you should make some recommendation about future actions.
