You learned all about injunctions demonstrated. We now know that injunctions are a fairly limited remedy and can only be granted in a few situations. These include when the plaintiff shows a likelihood they will prevail in the case, the balance of harm favors their case, harm to them could occur if the injunction is not granted, and the injunction serves the public interest. Find a case in your state where an injunction was granted or denied. In your initial discussion post, complete the following:

• State the name of the case, and a summary of the issues before the court that led to the plaintiff seeking an injunction.
• Explain the standard used by the court, either the four factors from the video or the standards used in your case, and why the court held that the plaintiff did, or did not, meet those criteria.
• Explain whether you agree with the outcome of the case and justify why.
