You may complete this project on your own, or with ONE partner from the course, if you wish. You may select an initial problem from our textbook, other dynamics textbooks, or make up your own problem. If you start with a problem originally defined in your textbook or another source, be sure to provide a clear reference to the source. This problem must be expanded from looking at a solution at a particular point in time to analyzing the problem at different times preferably adjustable with user input Your problem may be selected from any of the sectionstopics we have discussed; however, given that your grade is partially based on the difficulty of the problem you select, you may want to try to select one of the more difficultlater concepts. I will not provide feedback on the difficulty of any particular problems and what grade they might receive before you submit your project.
An example project file is included below you do not necessarily need to use macros or the advanced formatting shown on the file, but I encourage you to experiment with these tools if you have time If you do not have much experience with Excel, a short Excel training document is included below.
Once you have completed your solution, you should upload it to the assignment link below in Excel, MATLAB, or Python file format; talk to me before submitting other formats, especially if this is a dynamically typed language You will also need to submit a memorandum to me introducing the problem and the solution you created. A memorandum template is included below and should be used to create your document. Be sure to draw some clear conclusions from your computational exercise; for example, state the highest accelerations experienced in your document. For your particular problem, try to think about what information would be important to the user, and make that information clear in your memo.
